Before I get dragged into the mire of my week, (and before I even finish writing last week’s Kop of Coffee) I wanted to get this out to mark this momentous occasion and give a place for all of us to feel our way through this together.
I think Conte's job security is up to him. If he wants to stay, he stays. If he wants to leave, he leaves. So if City lose points and get relegated, Spurs move into Top 4. I don't think that's true of Liverpool, is it? :)
Plus my Spurs beat them yesterday, too!
Lots of folks are (somewhat understandably) chattering about how many titles LFC have been denied because of "City's cheating."
I keep thinking about how many of those we've been denied because we can't beat City like Spurs have the last two years.
What portion of Conte's job security is based entirely on results against City?

It is definitely currently not true.
